We are always looking for ways to better serve the citizens in the Town of Cicero. For this reason, we are rolling out a new program to protect our residents and their property in the most effective way possible. Community Connect is a free, secure, and easy to use platform that allows you to share critical information about your household that will aid emergency response personnel when responding to your residence. By providing information about your household that you feel is important for us to know about at the time of an emergency, we can ensure you and everything you care about is protected to the best of our ability.

If you have an emergency, DIAL 911. This will ensure the most appropriate response to your emergency. Cicero Fire provides premium emergency medical service and patient transport based on some of the most progressive medical protocols in the state. We provide fire suppression and rescue services. Responding to your emergency is our top priority.

Should you need assistance that is not an emergency you may call our office number 317-984-4575 between the hours of 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. This may include items like, assistance in changing batteries in your smoke alarm or asking questions regarding the local burn ordinance. If you’re not sure or if it is after hours, DIAL 911. The dispatcher will make sure you get the help that is needed.
